Sweet Potato Brownies Only Four Ingredients!
Who says you need flour, eggs, or dairy to make delicious brownies? These 4-ingredient sweet potato brownies are rich, fudgy, naturally sweetened, and incredibly easy to whip up.
Ingredients:
1 cup sweet potatoes
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) [or cacao powder]
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup I recommend an organic brand
Bake the Sweet Potatoes OR you can use canned sweet potato puree without any sugars

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the sweet potatoes, pat them dry, and poke holes in them with a fork.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes, or until they’re soft and easy to mash.
Let them cool slightly, then slice in half and scoop out the insides.
Blend Everything Together
In a food processor, combine the sweet potato, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
If you don’t have a food processor, you can mash everything together in a bowl until well combined or use a blender.
Bake the Brownies
Transfer the batter into a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth out the top, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Let Cool & Enjoy!
Once baked, let the brownies cool slightly before slicing. You can enjoy them warm, chilled, or even the next day for the best texture.
For extra fudgy brownies: Refrigerate overnight – they taste even better the next day!
